You can ask us to provide you, or a third party (if possible), with some of the personal data we hold about you in a structured, commonly used, electronic form, so that it can be easily transferred.
Right to erasure of your personal data (Right to be forgotten)
On all communication we send you there will be unsubscribe options. However, you can always send us an email at email@example.com with the word unsubscribe in the subject line requesting we remove all your details from our records.
To close your account, please make your request by emailing us. Please note: we cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. .
You can ask us to restrict the personal data we use about you where you have asked for it to be erased or where you have objected to our use of it.
If you are not satisfied with the way that we may have dealt with your personal data, please let us know and we will try and resolve your concerns. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can make a formal complaint through our website.
Do we transfer your data outside the EEA?No, we do not transfer personal data out of the EEA.
Information about children:Our Sites are not suitable for children under the age of 18 years, so if you are under 18 we ask that you do not use our Sites or give us your personal information (if you are a young technology savvy individual, please direct your nearest responsible adult to use the Sites for you!). - A password (Security measure to ensure adequate privacy and prevent unauthorised access)

How Do You Access and Correct Your Information?If you would like to review and change your personal information, you may do so by:
- Signing in to your account and update your information by navigating to the Update Profile page and selecting the Account Information section on the Website; or

A user may update their data at any time via the website, this includes requesting that their data be deleted. Deleted records will immediately cease to be visible/available and will subsequently be removed from our database as soon as we have no further need for the data (usually within a month from the delete request date). Non-personal identification Data we collect about your use of the website
Our webservers generate log files every time a page is accessed. This information is used by us to examine how our systems are performing and the level of service we are providing, the data is aggregated and does not identify any individual.

Do Not Track DisclosureDo Not Track ("DNT") is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers to inform websites and services that they do not want certain information about their webpage visits collected over time and across websites or online services. However, your Internet Protocol (IP) will be captured once you start browsing through our Website resources. We are not able to recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals, as the internet industry is still working to determine what DNT means, how to comply with DNT, and how to create a common approach to responding to DNT.
